The London City Swim is organised for everyone who loves swimming and wants to be a part of MND Research.
You must be in good health and 18 years of age or older. You must be capable of swimming at least 700m in a pool, without needing to rely on resting in between lengths.
You will be issued with a hat that is compulsory to wear for the entire swim.
All swimmers must either wear a wetsuit, or use a tow float. Tow floats will be available to borrow on the day.
The main objective is to have fun swimming safely, while raising awareness and funds for MND.
